XML/RSS HELP

RSS stands for real simple syndication. It allows viewers with software programs known as news aggregators to quickly and easily view updates to web sites, or news channels. A news aggregator often is hidden in the Windows taskbar and periodically checks for updates at each RSS channel you subscribe to, and then display the results.

With an XML or RSS feed reader, you can subscribe to Bob's Journal and be notified soon after Bob posts a new entry!

XML or RSS readers are free on the web. Some require a small download, while others are Web-based and work right in your browser. Some of the most popular readers are:

Feeddemon
Bloglines
RssReader
NewsGator
FeedReader

Choose the reader that’s right for you and follow the program’s instructions on how to add Bob's Journal to your list of XML subscriptions. If you need to enter code into your reader, the following will link the reader to Bob's Journal: http://rss.icerocket.com/xmlfeed?id=7188.

Whenever Bob's Journal is updated, your reader will display a short excerpt from the latest entry and provide a link back to the full entry.
